While surpassing the 500 Transaction mark and exceed $150,000,000 in sales, Terry says it's not about the awards, it's about his clients. "Meeting my clients' needs is the target, everything else is a by product rather than a goal. Whether buying or selling, I try to understand what folks want and how they want it.
